Terms and Conditions of Offer (How do I WIN??)

1. You must be registered on Plum28.com’s website, in good standing, have a valid email address and be a resident of the continental United States. (Good Standings? Of course you are!)


2. Your participation in this referral program signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. (No attorney needed, very cut and dry.)


3. The person you refer must be a new customer without a purchase history with Plum28, must reside at a different physical address from you, and must not be an employee of Plum28. (No brainer…call you neighbors, tell you doctor, talk about us at the grocery store…shout www.plum28.com from the roof tops!)


4. The person you refer must make an initial purchase of $128 or more (exclusive of shipping, handling and tax charges) and enter your name, as registered on Plum28.com, in the “Referred by” text box during checkout. (And you WIN!!!)


5. A Coupon code, worth $28 off the purchase price of any item(s) excluding clearance and sale items, will be issued within 30 days of the referred customer’s order delivery that has been accepted and signed for by the referred customer. (We need a little time to process.)


6. Any ordered items returned by the referred customer may reduce the initial purchase below the required $128 and invalidate your eligibility for the coupon code. (That would stink, but I am sure they will measure before ordering a WTF to make sure if fits through the doorway.)


7. The $28 coupon code will be sent to the email address you registered at Plum28.com. (Please double check and make sure that we have your correct e-mail address, you wouldn’t want Mr. Smith to get your winnings by mistake.)


8. The coupon codes cannot be redeemed for cash. (Your winnings are good toward purchases at the www.plum28.com website.)



9. There is no limit to the number of $28 coupon codes. You can refer as many friends, co-workers, relatives, strangers as you would like and we would love you for it!! You may use only one coupon code per order and each coupon code you receive is only valid for a single use. (Ok, bottom line, 1 coupon per order and you have to use the full amount. Easy enough, huh!)



10. Coupon codes are not registered. You may share the coupon code with someone else, but once it is used by anyone, it automatically expires. (Remember Rule #1, see above.)



11. Plum28 reserves the right to amend this program including the cancelation of this program without notice. If the program is cancelled, any unused coupon codes will become invalid and expire immediately. (Don't sit on your coupons, use them, you earned them!)
