Plum28 Returns Policy

At Plum28, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are priorities when we select manufacturers and products. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage so that we may arrange for a prompt replacement.

If your order is shipped via truck freight or white glove service:

Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

To return a product, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department (1-336-887-PLUM or customerservice@plum28.com) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within three (3) days of delivery.  Plum28 will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.  RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Plum28 will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Plum28 charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns.
